REASONS FOR JUDGMENT

 

Tuchten J:

1. The first to fourth respondents' notice in terms of rule 49(1)(b) dated 2 November 2006 was placed on my desk on 8 December 2016. The respondents ask for full reasons for the judgment I delivered on 24 October 2016.

2. I have very little recollection of this case but as far as I can recall, I gave reasons at the time I made the order. I have nothing to add.
