JUDGMENT

1 Pending the final determination of this application, the respondent is interdicted from soliciting or accepting payments from any of the persons or businesses listed in annexure A to the founding affidavit of the applicant in relation to advertising stock supplied by or on behalf of the applicant to such clients at any time up to 1 May 2016.

2 This application is postponed to 19 July 2016 in the unopposed motion court of this Division, on which date the respondent is called upon to show cause, if any why this interdict should that be made final and the respondent should not pay the costs of this application on the scale as between attorney and client.
