ORDER OF COURT




Having heard Mr Louw, for the Applicant the Court makes the following order:



  1. A rule nisi shall issue calling on the First Respondent, Jackson Mwale, Evelyn Marubela and Thomas Bhuku to show cause at 10 am on 22 October 1997 why



(a) they should not be interdicted or restrained from



(i) assaulting or threatening to assault past, current or prospective suppliers or customers of the Applicant;



(ii) approaching within 100 metres of the working area of the Applicant situated at 35 Klein Eilandsvlei, district Randfontein, unless expressly authorised thereto by the Applicant in writing.



(b) they should not pay the costs of this Application.



  1. An interim interdict pending the return date of this Application.


  1. Service of this order shall be effected :



(a) Personally on Evelyn Marubela, Jackson Mwale, Johannes Masilwane and Tompie Dube being representatives or alternate representatives of the Respondent;



(b) On the First Respondent personally;



(c) Affixing this order to the gate which gives access to the Applicant’s store on the aforesaid premises.



  1. Leave is granted to renew this Application on the same papers as supplemented by any further allegations that the Applicant might wish to make upon due notice to the Respondents.


  1. Costs of this Application are reserved.
