IN THE LABOUR COURT OF SOUTH AFRICA
HELD AT DURBAN
CASE NO D 217/98
In the matter between:
M MVELASE Applicant
and
SOMTA TOOLS (PTY) LTD Respondent
JUDGMENT
BASSON J:
This is a review in terms of section 145 of the Labour Relations Act 66 of 1995 (‘the Act”). It appears that the applicant's papers for review are fatally defective, as the papers do not support any basis for a review, in that they do not set out the facts, as required in terms of the Rules of this Court.
In the event, the application is dismissed, with the applicant having to pay the costs of today's proceedings. The applicant is granted condonation to bring a new application for review, provided that today's costs are paid.
Basson J
