[1]   It has been brought to my attention that there was a patent error in the order made in this judgment handed down on 23 November 2010. It also came to my attention that a case citation in paragraph 13 of the judgment was missing.

[2]   The errors are rectified in the varied judgment attached with the amended text underlined.
