Having heard Mr Bunting and Mr Badenhorst, respectively acting for the Applicant and the Respondent in this matter, and having once more read the record of the proceedings, including the sentence proceedings that took place in this Court, the following order is made:



  1. There exist no reasonable prospects that another Court may sentence this Applicant differently.
