I find the accused, Mr Nceba Deka guilty on Count 1, as charged. With regard to Count 2, I find GUILTY of housebreaking with intent to steal and robbery. With regard to Count 3, which is rape, you are GUILTY as charged. With regard to Count 4, which is murder, you are GUILTY as charged.
